We offer a 30-day return policy for all watches, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and protective plastics intact. Returns must include the original box and documentation.

Do the watches come with a warranty?

All new watches come with the full manufacturer's warranty. For vintage or pre-owned pieces, Watches by Andrew provides a limited 12-month mechanical warranty for your peace of mind.

Can I have my watch resized before it is shipped?

Absolutely. During checkout, you can provide your wrist measurement in the notes section, and our horologists will professionally adjust the bracelet size free of charge.
